In order to reduce my used storage space, I would like to remove some videos.

How could I remove a video from my assets?

I am trying to export a model with a C4D pre-built animation attached so I can trigger that animation in PlugXR. Whenever I import the .glb that I exported from C4D, it doesn't show me animation controls for the pre-built animation, only the animations you can create within PlugXR. Is there a specific format I should be using when attaching animations on export from C4D? Thanks!

we are currently testing PlugXR and would like to know: What is the Content of the detailed Analytics? Is there anywhere a List where I can read about the Data which is displayed in the analytics Tab (advanced vs. basic)?

Hi!

I trying out your solution for WebAR but I'm finding the editor a little difficult to handle. The material and texture of my object doesn't look as when I exported it from my other 3D-software, Maya in this case. It's green-ish and very reflective. 

I can't find any way to see details about my model or its materials in the editor, is that possible?

I am not able to add a new marker in the PlugXR app. How can I do that?

Con't I upload .fbx and .obj, 3dmax, blend formats?

What is the maximum file size that I can upload?

Why should I have to provide my details, without checking the real experience of the PlugXR app's performance?
