Unable to create a second marker. Is there a limitation?

I am not able to add a new marker in the PlugXR app. How can I do that?

The free version of the platform allows you to create just one Marker so that you can understand the process of creating an AR experience on the platform. You can upgrade to our commercial version and get full access to our platform.

Does PlugXR have converters to support any given format or is there a limitation?

Con't I upload .fbx and .obj, 3dmax, blend formats?
