Is there a specific setting to make the Image Tracking load a bit faster?

Hello, I have a question about web-based image tracking. Is there a specific setting to make it load a bit faster? Sometimes I'm on the website, and the video takes a long time to load despite having a good internet connection. Does anyone have a tip for me?

Hi Ameli, Based on the model, the polycount should be low, and any image markers used should have good contrast, sufficient brightness, no repetitive patterns, and rich detail.

Hi. I have a starter plan but when i scanned my image it said my license had expired. But after i logged in again it worked. In data, it says my plan started on Jan 14 and expires on FEb 14. I created it back in Dec. Does this mean I have to log in to my account every month for the license to be...

Animations

I've imported a glb file but it's lost its animation when I imported it. It's now just a model. Is there anyway to import an animated file? Or should I video the animation and import it as a video?

HI. I'm publishing an AR novella. Does each image generate a separate QR code or do you receive one QR code for all of the AR content? What is a seat?? Is it possible to get Black and White images as markers to work ever?? Or just colour??

Hi Moya, Yes, each new experience/project will generate new QR codes. And, you can use black and white images as markers, but the images must be distinguishable. Color images works best, though. However, in Advanced image targets, it works perfectly fine. Seats is nothing but the no. of users who can access the platform when on a plan.

Building Oculus App nothing get loaded.

Hello Team,

I have a paid plan and I made the app for Meta Quest, Once I download the app and install it on my device it shows me a loading screen and after loading I am unable to see my scene I am only able to see HDRI.
