Whenever I'm trying to upload a .glb file into the user asset, it gets loaded and shows a warning and goes into the load screen for a long time, and nothing is getting added into the scene or my user asset library. I have attached the screen. Please help, let me know what I can do about it

I have been using the freemium account and I have a few technical questions that I haven't been able to figure out. I created an app using the Mobile Offline Surface tracking with Unity engine. 

1. I created a few scenes in my app and I thought I put in the right actions so I can move to the next scenes when I use the app on the phone. But it doesn't seem to work. What's the best way to use scenes?
2. Also my first scene looks completely different to my other scenes and has assets that should only be in one of the scenes. I attached images in the ZIP file. Why is it like that?
3. When I play the animation in the PlugXR Creation Grid, it seems to play animations from other scenes. Is it supposed to do that?
4. When I add a colour or material to a model, it turns black. Sometimes it fixes itself after I refresh multiple times. It also looks transparent in the Grid. Is it supposed to do that?
5. Every time I test the app on my phone, the number of views grows by about 8 views even though I've only opened it once. I can also see the number has grown quickly on the "My Apps" webpage. Why does it do that?
6. What are the units for the model positions and how can I make sure the scale is 1:1 when I import? 
7. How do I import models already linked to materials?
8. When I test the app on my phone, the text objects do not appear. 
9. Can PlugXR work on Android tablets? I installed it on a Samsung Tab S7 and continually stops working after I open the app. 
10. Can I change the order of the scenes so that it starts from say Scene 7 and then Scene 1 once the app is published?

Did a sample WebAR with an image as its trigger target, upon scanning the QR Code a Server Error messaged appeared, tried checking the test view under the my app section upon checking don't see any problem.

Anyone experienced this kind of scenario and how to fix this problem?

I trying out your solution for WebAR but I'm finding the editor a little difficult to handle. The material and texture of my object doesn't look as when I exported it from my other 3D-software, Maya in this case. It's green-ish and very reflective. 

I can't find any way to see details about my model or its materials in the editor, is that possible?

I paid for the entire month but my account was deactivated 10 days before the autorenewal for some reason. I have not been able to get a hold of customer service to receive a credit on those 10 days I paid for. So in order to reactivate the account I paid again for another month's plan but now I see it took out DOUBLE charges for the month. Help! Can someone return my emails so we can fix this?

I created a Mobile AR Offline app, added three markers and added an object to one of them. Then I proceeded to publish the app to see how the object displays in an actual app. However instead I got this message and nothing available. Why could this be?

I have a few questions about PlagXR Plans:

1. AR Experiences. Is it correct that if our team takes Standard Business Plan, we can create 200 targets per month? Or is 200 max number for the all duration of use ever, and it will be impossible to create target #201 and so on in the second month of use?

2. Storage. For Standard Business Plan it's 3GB. Could you please explain what this storage contains? Is it only metadata of targets or another objects too? For example, all my targets will 'play videos' I uploud, so is it correct that all these videos in scope should be less than 3GB? 

3. Storage. Is 3GB per month? Can we add a new 3GB in the new month?
