Hi. I have a starter plan but when i scanned my image it said my license had expired. But after i logged in again it worked. In data, it says my plan started on Jan 14 and expires on FEb 14. I created it back in Dec. Does this mean I have to log in to my account every month for the license to be renewed. Or, do I need to pay for a plan after one month? 

I've imported a glb file but it's lost its animation when I imported it. It's now just a model. Is there anyway to import an animated file? Or should I video the animation and import it as a video?  

HI. I'm publishing an AR novella. Does each image generate a separate QR code or do you receive one QR code for all of the AR content?  What is a seat?? Is it possible to get Black and White images as markers to work ever?? Or just colour??

I have a paid plan and I made the app for Meta Quest, Once I download the app and install it on my device it shows me a loading screen and after loading I am unable to see my scene I am only able to see HDRI.

I paid for the entire month but my account was deactivated 10 days before the autorenewal for some reason. I have not been able to get a hold of customer service to receive a credit on those 10 days I paid for. So in order to reactivate the account I paid again for another month's plan but now I see it took out DOUBLE charges for the month. Help! Can someone return my emails so we can fix this?

I created a Mobile AR Offline app, added three markers and added an object to one of them. Then I proceeded to publish the app to see how the object displays in an actual app. However instead I got this message and nothing available. Why could this be?

I have a few questions about PlagXR Plans:

1. AR Experiences. Is it correct that if our team takes Standard Business Plan, we can create 200 targets per month? Or is 200 max number for the all duration of use ever, and it will be impossible to create target #201 and so on in the second month of use?

2. Storage. For Standard Business Plan it's 3GB. Could you please explain what this storage contains? Is it only metadata of targets or another objects too? For example, all my targets will 'play videos' I uploud, so is it correct that all these videos in scope should be less than 3GB? 

3. Storage. Is 3GB per month? Can we add a new 3GB in the new month?

i have uploaded an image in 3-d format but now i want delete it 

When I logged in and click to add a new project, it shows this.

I can't even see the editor screen. The website just doesn't load as before.
